At IHN, we understand that when you need to submit a claim, it can be a very stressful and concerning time.  Our efficient and personal claims service ensures that you will receive our full attention when you most need it, with the minimum amount of disruption to you, your home and your business.

  • A dedicated Claims Manager with over 20 years’ experience in all types of claims including both in an Insurance Company and Loss Adjusting environment.
  • Advice and guidance as to the claims process; the relevant action that you will need to take immediately following the loss or incident; and the documentation you will need to submit.
  • We will work and negotiate, on your behalf, with your Insurers and other organisations involved in the processing of your claim, right from the initial report, to ensure an efficient and timely handling of your claim with the aim of securing a prompt and fair settlement.
  • Our advice includes the relevant actions that you or your drivers should take in the event of a motor accident, or alleged motor accident, to assist in the defence of staged or inflated claims by third parties.
  • We will assist with the recovery of any uninsured losses sustained in a non-fault motor accident such as your policy excess and we will provide specific detailed advice where injury is involved.
  • Our advice will ensure that you have all the relevant documentation in place should you receive injury claims from employees or members of the public.  This enables either a more robust defence of such claims or, when appropriate, a more expedient settlement.
  • We can provide detailed and bespoke Claims analysis reports on your claims history, tailored to the requirements of your business.
